Restaurant owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, including menu items, prices, descriptions, and images. Restaurantsoman is not liable for any inaccuracies or changes made by restaurant owners.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Professional Plan subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Orders placed through digital menus are processed by the individual restaurant. Restaurantsoman acts as a platform and is not a party to the transaction between you and the restaurant.
All content on the Platform, including software, design, logos, and text, is the property of Restaurantsoman and may not be reproduced without permission.
Restaurantsoman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
